Lactic Acid Post Milking Barrier Film

Very effective descaler. Mild to materials in equipments. Non foaming. Readily biodegradable.

Phosphoric Acid, Nitric Acid

Dose basic in hot water (60°-85°C)
Pre rinse with warm water (40°-45°C)
Empty the installation of all residual milk traces.
It is an offence to allow chemical agent to get into the milk. therefore rinse with clean, cold water and dry installations.
5- Circulate the solution 7-10 minutes. Always keep water above 40°C. Check that water is circulating properly through all clusters and slugs are created through pipes.

Dose 50ml/10L of water for all water hardness conditions.

Use ACIDIX once a day.

Check cleaning results regularly and adjust the dosage of acid and/or the frequency of acid when needed.

Use within 12 months of production date

Wash out the container thoroughly and dispose of safely.
