Liquid Alkaline CIP Solution
Liquid Alkali For Cleaning Of Milking Installations And Cooling Tanks.
Composition:
Sodium hydroxide, Sodium hypochlorite
Use Instructions:
- Empty the installation of all residual milk traces.
- Pre rinse with warm water (40°-45°C)
- Dose basic in hot water (60°-85°C)
- Circulate the solution 7-10 minutes, Always keep water above 40°C. Check that water is circulating properly through all clusters and slugs are created through pipes.
- It is an offence to allow chemical agent to get into the milk. therefore rinse with clean, cold water and dry installations.
Dosing recommendations:
Dose between 50-100ml/10L water.
Check cleaning results regularly and adjust the dosage of alkaline and/or the frequency of acid when needed.
Shelf life:
Use within 12 months of production date
Container Disposal:
Wash out the container thoroughly and dispose of safely.
Cautions:
- C-Corrosive/N/ Dangerous for the environment.
- R35- Causes severe burns.
- R50- Very toxic to aquatic animals
- S26- In case of contact with eye, Rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
- S28- After contact with skin, Wash immediately with plenty of water.
- S36/37/39- Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves and eye/face protection.
- S45- In case of accident, or you feel unwell, seek medical advice immediately. (Show label if possible)
- S50- Do not mix with acid.
- S61- Avoid release into environment. Refer to special instruction safety data sheet.
